Hard-Easy Training Principle applies to all sports or fitness program

Do not become a top athlete's daily training program itself. Athletes train to be difficult to stop training sessions in one day, feeling pain on others, and not another hard workout until the muscles feel sore.

It's called the hard-easy principle. If to be stronger or faster or increase the strength you want, you must train hard and long enough to burn your muscles. Then the muscles will be sore for a day or more. If you try to exercisedifficult when muscles are damaged, the muscles weaken and tear. If you wait for the pain disappears, the muscles are stronger than they were before training. While continuing to take the stress of training only after the pain disappears, is progressively stronger and faster and have more endurance. Athletes in most sports training once or twice a day in their sport, but more often than every 48 hours intense exercise.

There area difference between good and evil burning pain of an injury in training. The good burning usually affects both sides of the body equally and disappears almost immediately after you stop exercising. The sharp pain of an injury is usually worse on one side of the body, it is always difficult when you try to continue to exercise and does not go away after you stop exercising.
