There are five components of fitness, muscular strength and endurance, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility and body composition. However, there are minor components of physical fitness, which are equally important, the training and improve your health and wellbeing. These small components of physical fitness are balance, coordination, agility and reaction time. Most of the athletes of sport must be fit to play in each of these components at a competitive level. In fact,Without these small components of fitness, you may find that you are more susceptible to injury and performance is poor.

Balance is important for most sports that require you off your feet and on an animal or wheels. However, the scale is not in sports that require a significant amount of lateral movement, such as losing basketball or tennis.
